ITM House began by diving into the market research. It required extensive knowledge of technical limitations and expectations, getting all involved parties on the same page with the precise measurements of what they hoped to accomplish.
It came down to an automated calculation system. The system covered three essential modules:
These three main elements are furthered explored below.
The contracts module managed maintenance. It covered any opportunity to input relevant data as well as any opportunity to sign contracts, specifically in the area of reviews supplementary agreements, and corrections.
Calculations consisted of the financial aspects of the system. It covered money being charged, including sum calculations, debts and fines, automated enrollment for customers, and bank extractions in electronic form.
The meters module accounted for the follow-up data. This would include disbursement and organization of the best itinerary sheets, meter values, non-calculated customers, and directory maintenance.
All of these modules were contained within a superstructure or dashboard. Employees were able to find the various departments they needed based on roles and access.
It was designed for fast access. It was the customer’s key need. The dashboard enhanced communication while also avoiding paper documents. The dashboard was fitted with a number of significant opportunities for the customer.
- Big data integration
- e-data storage to the right channels
- a reduction of mistakes
- automated bypass routes which placed less of a burden on employee work
- Control task panels
- Flagged changes in metering values
The dashboard gave a concise place to coordinate activities and structure tasks. It ultimately created a versatile information environment.
