The solution required multiple stages to complete across a single system. Each problem, and the respective module which solved it, is explored below.
File storage required a simple scan of the documents onto the service and into the proper network folder. Only two links would be created from this process.
The administration organization was more complex, but it essentially broke down into five distinct areas of management.
- Creation of documents
- Creation of products
- Creation of credit requirements
- Access permission
The documents module allowed users to review credit concordance. This was accomplished through the attachment of various electronic documents, as designated in the documents area.
The recognition module reviewed matches through scanning and text recognition. Documents receive what is essentially a barcode of statement.
The search module gave users the ability to search for specific documents through the Sphinx engine.
The data needed to be integrated with other future banking systems in case they become necessary. This included SC BankNT resources. The above six modules collectively created a platform to get the right documents to the right places without having them overburdened in excessive handling and scanning.
ITM House delivered the solution built on PHP, Symfony 2 framework.
Frontend part is based on jQuery UI and CSS 3.
ITM House had a remarkable grasp of the complex document management system that we needed them to develop. They understood security requirements, our efficiency needs, and many other industry-specific details that other developers likely wouldn’t.
