Challenge: the customer sought a revamped mobile solution, focusing on the ability to allow brands to track and maintain offsite sales independent of larger retailers. Solution: ITM House collaborated with the customer to learn their precise needs. This began with a clear developmental strategy, and evolved into a concept and a functional solution. The end result was an application, for iOS and Android, which acted as a smart shopping list. Discount and loyalty bonuses were tracked within the app, leveraging brand potential and power. The application managed a number of vital features: users could scan a product to display any promotions for it, if applicable; users would be encouraged to add a similar product if it has an attached promotion by having these items displayed; once an item is selected, users scan the receipt and register it with the mobile app. Bonus points are then added to the account, which can be cashed out to a payment system account.
